Details: If you are new to baseball, wanting to work on the fundamentals of pitching, catching and batting, or a returning player looking to get warmed up for the season, then these workouts are for you! This is an open House League Workout for the 2013/2014 U11/U10 age group, There is no cost to attend these workout, it is included in your 2024 registration fees. All players must bring their own gloves and running shoes, bats and helmets are optional, we will have some available at the workouts to use as we will be utilizing the batting tunnel and pitching machine.
