A HUGE congratulations to both our 8U and 9U Rep teams for capturing the Championships and taking full advantage of that home field advantage!

These boys battled from dawn until dusk Friday and Saturday to win the 8U/9U Machine Mashup Tournament this weekend hosted at the Baltimore Rec Centre here in Northumberland.

Our 8U Team dominated the competition by outscoring them 102-31 over their 4 undefeated games!

Our 9U Champions played, hard winning two games Friday and earning a bye to the semi finals Saturday afternoon where they defeated the Clarington Orioles in a classic semi finals game. In an effort to beat the impending rain on Sunday tournament organizers decided to move the championship to Saturday evening, where our Jacks dominated Pickering under the bright lights in Baltimore.

Our 9U Select Team also played in the tournament and made all the fans there watching extremely proud, playing hard, getting dirty and showing everyone what Jacks baseball is all about!

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, tournament volunteers and the amazing staff at the Baltimore Rec Centre for having the diamonds and facility in pristine condition all weekend long!
